City of Carver's Mission Statement:  The City of Carver, a historic Minnesota River community, will deliver quality services in an economic manner to meet the needs of our citizens.  The City Council will provide leadership and make policy which is mindful of Carver's future and respectful of its past.  The City Council will be aided in these efforts by the City's capable and dedicated staff, community volunteers and civic organizations.
